service. We accept checks or cash, but do not accept credit cards at this time. Please contact us to discuss our rates for small
businesses and corporations. Special rates may apply for senior citizens and

believes you deserve a price break in these trying economic
times. For as long as we can, we will offer our services at very low prices
suitable to home budgets. Our "no frills" in-home service lowers our overhead cost and permits us to pass the savings onto you.
Labor rates and policies

Want an estimate before doing anything? Ask us to check out the problem
and provide a free estimate of what is involved first. We will even tell
you if it is not worth fixing and suggest alternatives.

Why should you pay to have someone do nothing? We will do our best
to identify and eliminate the problem. And we only charge for our successes.
If we leave without correcting the problem, we will apply our
No Fix, No Charge policy. And since there are
no minimum labor charges, onsite charges or travel charges inside our
normal work region, that means it costs you nothing.

Keep track of the warranty period for your equipment. Call the PC maker's
support team or the retail store's support line whenever you can. You paid
for the support - use it. Normally, we do not work on computers that are
under warranty as that may void your policy. However, if you need to reload the software, CALL US.
We may not be able to fix the problem, but we might be able to save your personal data.

We understand that mishaps occur. Should a check be returned for NSF
(non-sufficient funding) reasons, we will extend you an opportunity to
replace the check within one week at no penalty. D 'n R
Computer Services is just a teenie-tiny business. We can not extend credit
as our creditors demand timely payment from us. In order to keep our costs
low, we need to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. That means a
penalty will be assessed after the grace period. We will work with you on
an individual basis to come up with a solution that is agreeable to both
parties.
